Do you generally eat breakfast? I know a lot of you may be thinking that you are too busy and cannot have breakfast, but we all that eating breakfast has possitive health, mental effects – greater physical stamina, better concentration at school or work, a more efficient metabolism, highter learning ability, and so higher productivities. And now there is another good reason for people to take time and eat their breakfast. *winks
"Study finds those who eat breakfast slimmer"
This may sound too good to be true, but this study shows that women who generally eat breakfast are slimmer than those who don’t. They found that those who did not eat breakfast tended to eat foods higher in fat content later. Actually, it is not new because I have read other similar studies show that people who eat breakfast will consume less calories at the end of the day, which will result in weight loss.
I know that many people generally think that they are too busy to have breakfast in the morning, but I still highly recommand all of you to take time and eat breakfast. It is good for you, and at the end of day, you will be benefit. Maybe you actually save time because of all the possitive effects that I mentioned earlier — greater physical stamina, better concentration at school or work, a more efficient metabolism, highter learning ability, and so higher productivities, all of which come with the breakfast. :)
