Eat Breakfast and Lose Weight

Image hosted by Photobucket.comDo you generally eat breakfast?  I know a lot of you may be thinking that you are too busy and cannot have breakfast, but we all that eating breakfast has possitive health, mental effects – greater physical stamina, better concentration at school or work, a more efficient metabolism, highter learning ability, and so higher productivities.  And now there is another good reason for people to take time and eat their breakfast. *winks

Image hosted by Photobucket.comThis may sound too good to be true, but this study shows that women who generally eat breakfast are slimmer than those who don’t.  They found that those who did not eat breakfast tended to eat foods higher in fat content later.  Actually, it is not new because I have read other similar studies show that people who eat breakfast will consume less calories at the end of the day, which will result in weight loss.

I know that many people generally think that they are too busy to have breakfast in the morning, but I still highly recommand all of you to take time and eat breakfast.  It is good for you, and at the end of day, you will be benefit.  Maybe you actually save time because of all the possitive effects that I mentioned earlier — greater physical stamina, better concentration at school or work, a more efficient metabolism, highter learning ability, and so higher productivities, all of which come with the breakfast. :)

    好吃耶!明天一早也來作瘦肉粥喝.再撒點柴魚海苔蔥花.嗯~美味可口有好吃耶!    然後後天一早作一盤西式早點.一快鬆餅,一顆新鮮八分熟的蛋.
    一杯咖啡.一份新鮮蔬果. 反正全都利用家裏現成的簡單食材吧! 粗米 麵粉 蛋 還有 研磨咖啡. 呵~愛吃的玉蜀黍  ^_^ !April 09 12:03 AM(

    Angela:Hmm … What do I usually have for my breakfast? (thinking)I usually just eat what is available … ready to eat, that type of food.However, I personally prefer to have something hot, warm, salty (not sweet) food for breakfast. I don’t know why, but that type of food makes me feel good in the morning. Eating cool food makes me feel cold and uncomfortable the whole day.Eating sweeten food makes my stomach turn acid.So you know …. I am not a fan of cereal + milk, although that is what most of my friends have in the morning. Still it is better than having nothing. :pOh I too love to have Chinese porridge in the morning as you do. :)
